After removing sagging oak floor boards in our living room, Russell diagnosed that we had a window leak (which we then had repaired). Once the wet subfloor dried, his workers replaced the damaged boards, sanded and stained the new boards. The repairs are virtually  invisible! Very professional and good quality work. Had 2 room that were covered in old carpet and had a lot of damage from paint and pets. We removed the carpet on our own and Precision resurfaced the floors and replaced the floor boards that were damaged beyond repair. They were able to match the refinished flooring to the current existing flooring throughout the rest of the house so it all looks cohesive now. Working with Russell was great. His quote to refinish my hardwood floors was equal to another one that I received. I went with him because he did not hesitate to say he could make the repairs that I asked about. He seemed confident and he delivered. My floors look amazing and brand new, including the boards that they replaced for me. Russell kept in touch throughout the entire process to keep me updated on the progress. His men were very friendly and professional and clearly knew their trade. I would highly recommend Precision Hardwood Flooring!!
